| In addition to being a British Cycling Coach, Scherrit has had many years experience in coaching and nutrition. He studied physiology at the University of Cape Town and has a lifelong interest in performance preparation |
| In consultation with you he will develop a training and nutrition schedule which will phase your training so you peak at competition time, recover between competition, and have a lesser chance of injury |
| Personal coaching starts with a bike fitting, followed by an initial coaching consultation. Scherrit will then prepare a monthly schedule for you and keep in touch on a weekly or more frequent basis. Every 3 months you will come in for a further consultation, and we will make any adjustments needed to your bike or your position as you develop |
