Coaching

Coaching enables you to get the most out of your limited training time. Whether you are working towards a single goal (eg; Lands End to John O’Groats) or ongoing you will benefit from a structured and personalised training programme.

If you train with power so much the better as we can analyze the data and assess your training sessions and progress more accurately.

Every month you send us your competition dates and dates you can’t train, and you will receive your monthly training plan (including tests so your progress can be monitored). If you want to talk to us about anything at any time – please just pick up the phone!

Training for a big event?

If you are training for a London to Paris, LeJog or Etape we can help. If you don’t want to go the whole hog and pay for monthly coaching, we can create a one-off highly personalised plan for you.

Following a consultation with you (can be over the phone or email if you are pressed for time) we will create a weekly training plan which will get you to your goal as fit and fast as you can be and with minimal risk of injury. We will also give you advice about pacing and nutrition for the event itself.
